At onlinegstregistration.co, our aim is to provide fast, transparent, and professional services for GST registration, tax filings, and CA-assisted legal support. We maintain a fair and transparent refund & cancellation policy in line with Indian consumer protection norms and Google's expectations.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under limited conditions as our services involve digital execution and personalized consultancy.

You are eligible for a refund if:
  • Payment was made but service not initiated within 48 working hours
  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Technical error from our end
  • Eligibility issue due to genuine documentation or jurisdiction problems
Refunds are not applicable if:
  • Service is already initiated or completed
  • User delay/incomplete documents
  • Application rejected/delayed by government portals
  • User changed mind or gave incorrect details
  • Unresponsive for over 3 days

Refunds are processed on a work-effort-based model. Partial refunds may apply based on service progress.

Refund Timeline

  • 7–10 working days from approval
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Email/WhatsApp confirmation provided

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  1. Name
  2. Contact number
  3. Email used during registration
  4. Date of payment
  5. Reason for refund
  6. Payment screenshot (if available)

Our team will respond within 24 working hours and resolve your issue within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Requests after 7 days of payment are not eligible
  • Bank/payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  • In combo services, only uninitiated portion is considered
  • EMI/credit card payments may take longer to reflect

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once an order is confirmed and documents are uploaded. However, exceptions include:

  • Cancellation requested within 1 hour of order
  • No document uploaded/processed
  • Service not forwarded to any CA

Requests must be sent to legaldevgroups@gmail.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request".

Exceptions & Special Cases

For accidental service bookings or incorrect service selection, we may:

  • Adjust payment to the correct service
  • Offer partial refund
  • Issue a 3-month valid credit coupon

Each case is handled individually with integrity and client interest in mind.
